Disney Springs announced that they will begin a phased reopening starting on May 20th. Little details are known at this point on what will be open and the hours of operations is said to be limited.

Universal Orlando remains closed due to COVID-19 concerns till May 31st

Universal said that they are “extending the closure of Universal Orlando Resort at least through May 31. This includes our theme parks and Universal CityWalk. The Universal Orlando Resort hotels have also temporarily suspended operations through this time period.“
